Thomas Biddle
PROJECT MANAGER
As Project Manager at RS&S, Thomas is responsible for project implementation and day-to-day activity between RS&S clients and the consulting team. In this role, Thomas coordinates and executes consulting projects, ensuring high quality and consistency in strategy, timelines and deliverables.
Thomas brings his focus on detail, responsive attentiveness, and decisive action to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication between RS&S and our clients, especially in his executive search and strategic planning work. Recent projects include executive director searches for Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium, the Nashville Zoo, and the Tulsa Zoo. Thomas has also participated in strategic planning for the Sacramento Zoo, Oklahoma City Zoo, White Oak Conservation, and the Al Ain Zoo in the United Arab Emirates.
Prior to joining RS&S, Thomas spent 5 years as planning coordinator at Schultz & Williams where he was responsible primarily for research and data analysis for the planning team. He also has worked as a mortgage processor for First American Mortgage.
Thomas received his bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Cabrini University. Thomas lives in New Jersey, where he enjoys reading and being a political junkie.
