Thomas Biddle
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Thomas Biddle is returning to RS&S after 3.5 years in the hospitality industry supporting a growth market partner with industry research and revenue strategies that served to strengthen the viability and sustainability of cultural attractions, zoos, and aquariums.
Under the guidance of Rick Biddle, Thomas will support cultural attractions with Request for Proposal (RFP) services for outsourcing food, retail, catering, admissions, and other guest service/revenue functions.
Previously as a Project Manager at RS&S, Thomas was responsible for project implementation and day-to-day activity between RS&S clients and the consulting team. In this role, Thomas coordinates and executes consulting projects, ensuring high quality and consistency in strategy, timelines, and deliverables.
Thomas brings his focus on detail, responsive attentiveness, and decisive action to ensure smooth work flow and effective communication within and between RS&S and our clients. A professional priority for Thomas is to build and maintain excellent client relationships and to create successful team environments that help clients realize their visions.
Thomas received his bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Cabrini University. Thomas lives in Tampa Florida, where he enjoys reading and golfing.
